Returns and Refunds

I want you to love your Whimsy Woods Co. purchase. If something isn't quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and unaltered
• Unwashed and unworn, except for trying on apparel for fit
• In their original condition, with tags attached where applicable
• In resalable condition

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is approved, I'll provide return instructions and arrange a return shipping label.

To initiate a return, please email whimsy.woods.co@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the cost of the return shipping label.
